The G8 Vision

The G8 Group's vision is to enable as many people, companies and other organisations to perform without limit. We believe passionately in developing people to their utmost potential. The limiting factor on this development is in our minds. Our behavioural skills development in all areas of business do more than provide training, they help each participant understand how they themselves must think and act to perform at a higher level.

Most of us talk about 'doing well' or, 'being the best' but very few of us actually link people to potential - really succeed, before we subconsciously limit ourselves or our organisations to be 'normal', 'average' or 'pretty good compared to the rest'.

Almost every organisation in the Western World, whether commercial or not tells its customers it aims to provide Best in Class Service, World Class Performance, The Highest Quality Standards, or Ultimate Customer Service. We can read the mission statements of these great organisations and they sound pretty good, until you've read a dozen or so - they're all quite similar.

The G8 Group is all about helping make the connection between the Mission Statement, the Vision or the Founder's driving principle and the people who are employed to deliver it.

We help you to create the Reflex Action - every individual in the organisation should have a similar reflex action in every situation to the person who dreamt up the excellent vision in the first place. We coach people to do this. We link people with their potential.
