G8 DELIVERS RESULTS FOR MULTINATIONAL ORGANISATION
KPMG Ireland has appointed leadership training
organisation, The G8 Group for a second two year contract
reflecting a six figure financial investment.
The Scottish based company (established in 2003)
headed up by inspirational coach, Nick Dillon, may have a
controversial company name right now, which conjures up a
reflex reaction from everyone, but the G8 Group’s aim
and Nick’s passion is to create a reflex action across
all staff in an organisation to make a measurable difference
– reflecting increased revenues and job satisfaction.
On completion of Nick Dillon’s delivery
of the second G8 Group contract at KPMG, Elaine McGleenan,
Director of Learning and Development at KPMG Ireland said,
“The G8 Group helped us achieve the impossible with
the highest scoring feedback ever – our newly trained
managers at KPMG Ireland have already created an impact on
all aspects of their work both in our offices and with clients
creating a renewed vigour in our business”.
Nick Dillon said, “When asked to provide
'continued management training' for our managers in
this multinational organisation, we dared to go a step further
than continue the delivery of the expected training programme.
We went off the script. We re-created the material which now
forms a two day development programme that leaves each manager
with the knowledge, skills and inspiration to start to behave
more effectively. The results revealed increasing profitable
fees, more effective consultant utilisation and greater opportunity
for business referrals.
“On teamwork issues,
the answers were related to improved cross-team communications,
demonstrably better working relationships and a better understanding
of how to get the very best out of others. The results of
these changed behaviours in turn led to improved links with
key clients, faster turnaround on projects and more efficient
fee collection”.
