Our Methods

One to One Coaching

For many organisations, one to one coaching is most beneficial where the coach is completely independent. This is not to say that managers cannot be developed to be effective coaches, simply, that external coaches will often produce higher results. This is particularly true when coaching the most senior people within your organisation.

Many of us find it very difficult to expose our worries and fears to others in our working environment, due to our wish to appear competent, confident, knowledgeable, and responsible. We may not want to disclose what we perceive as our own weaknesses to anyone who may judge us on that knowledge, or who make a decision based on it. Using an external coach allows your staff to build a relationship which is completely honest and confidential, allowing all issues to be addressed and resolved within a safe and constructive environment.

Training Courses

We deliver a range of training courses, suitable for delivery to groups of between four and forty, depending on the context and outcomes required, and ranging from two hour bite size sessions to five day programmes. We understand the needs of different people within this environment and ensure that every course caters for everyone's learning style.

 Role plays based on real situations are used to enable delegates to practice the skills they will take back to the workplace.

Thought provoking case studies are used to assist with lively debates and discussions.

Participants are offered "Best Practice" advice aswell as being encouraged to develop their own approaches to dealing with the most challenging of situations

TMS Profiling

People tend to practice what they prefer and therefore perform better in those areas that match their work preference. Understanding work preferences is a critical component in developing individual, team, and organisational performance.

Team Management Systems' Team Management Profile Questionnaire (TMPQ) is a 60-item assessment focused on enhancing understanding of an individual's approach to work. Based on the responses to the TMPQ, the Personal Team Management Profile provides constructive, work-based information outlining an individual's work preferences, based on the Team Management Wheel, and the strengths that an individual brings to a team.
